MEXICO CITY, Mexico – News report states an Internet blogger was found killed and beheaded by alleged gangsters Wednesday in Nuevo Laredo.
A note was left before dawn with the man’s body at a busy intersection in one of the city’s wealthier neighborhoods. “This happened to me for not understanding that I shouldn’t report on the social networks,” the note advised.
